Delivery & Returns
UK DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch orders placed before 12.30pm on the same day. (On working weekdays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday or the next working day. The cutoff time for next day is 12:30pm If we can, we will try and squeeze in any late orders.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days) - FREE (Minimum order £40 otherwise charge is £2.50)
Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working Days) - £2.99
Royal Mail Special delivery 1pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays) - £12 for orders under £100, £18 for orders between £100-£200
COLLECT IN STORE - FREE
SAFEPLACE
It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to take your delivery. Please state your instructions when you order. However, the use of a secure place voids the proof of delivery protection and we regret that we cannot accept any claims for missing parcels in these instances.
RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Free returns on full-price items over £40 and items discounted by less than 15% off RRP.
- Items purchased with a discount of 15% or more and items under £40 are subject to a £3 return postage fee per parcel.
A tracked returns label is included with every order. Where applicable, £3 will be deducted from your refund, towards the cost of the return postage, for each parcel/label used.

Please securely repackage any returns in the original box and packaging, use the label provided in the parcel and include the invoice or your name in the parcel so we can identify the order. Shoes will be closely examined for signs of wear. Then return via Royal Mail/Post Office. Please make sure you obtain proof of posting.
If you live locally to our Cheadle store, you may also return items instore free of charge.
Exchanges/Refunds T&C's
If an item is returned for an exchange or refund please follow these guidelines:
- Unworn items must be returned in perfect condition and within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure shoes are only tried on indoors on carpeted surfaces.
- Returned items must be unworn, in their original box with labels still attached. Please do not glue or apply tape to the box. The box should not be defaced by you e.g. by putting tape or a returns label directly onto it, we reserve the right to impose a £3 charge if the box is returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale due to defacement.
- Any damaged goods received must be highlighted to us within 10 days. Please contact us immediately if your item is faulty.
- If returning from outside the UK costs involved in returning a product are paid for by the customer at the time of posting.
5. All refunds will be issued within 2 days of receipt via the original payment method, please allow up to 7 days for the payment to clear in your bank.
6. Any express postage charges will not be refunded.
