We aim to process and despatch orders within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

The cutoff time for next day is 2:00pm Royal Mail collects from our business at 3:30pm every weekday if we can we will try and squeeze in any late orders. 



If an item is unsuitable you can return it to us (unused) for a refund or exchange. Shoes will be closely examined for signs of wear. Please email or call us for a free returns label. Please securely repackage any returns, complete your returns form, attach it to the parcel with the freepost label showing and take it to your local post office branch. Please make sure you obtain proof of posting.

You have 14 days from the day your receive your items to send them back for a refund. Beyond 14 days we will only accept an exchange. Please call the shop on 0161 428 8612 before posting back anything you have had for more than 14 days unless you are returning the item for an exchange.

We can accept all exchanges/refunds in our store in Cheadle

With respect to some larger/heavier Items we reserve the right to use an alternative courier for both delivery and returns

Exchanges/Refunds T&C's

If an item is returned for an exchange or refund please follow these guidelines:

  1. Unworn items must be returned in perfect condition and within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure shoes are only tried on indoors on carpeted surfaces.
  2. Returned items must be unworn, in their original box with labels still attached. Please do not glue or apply tape to the box.
  3. Any damaged goods received must be highlighted to us within 10 days. Please contact us immediately if your item is faulty.
  4. If returning from outside the UK costs involved in returning a product are paid for by the customer at the time of posting. If you require an exchange, this pair will then be sent out free of charge. When returning items from outside the UK we insist you use Airsure if available.
  5. We will process your exchange/refund the same day if possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to show in your account.

We accept most major debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro, or Electron Cards. We also accept payment via Paypal. If you prefer to place your order over the phone please call 0161 428 8612. One of our sales team will be happy to assist you. All prices on the website are quoted in GBP and include 20% VAT. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit/debit card will convert to your own currency on your statement. We will automatically deduct 20% VAT at the checkout for Non EU orders. Please remember if ordering from outside the EU you are responsible for paying all taxes or import duties your country may impose. Westwoods promises The Goods provided will be exactly those shown on the application form at the checkout

Westwoods is responsible for all transactions on this website but does not collect or store any credit card information from our customers. We use SagePay to manage, process and authorise our transactions. You will be redirected to Sage Pay's encrypted payment pages to enter your card details. All transaction information (including the full shopping basket contents) is held at Sage Pay.


Please be assured that when you insert your credit/debit card details on the confirmation page your transaction is 100% secure. We use 3D secure payment and require CVV2/CVC2 verification for all transactions.
